A special architecture, examples from the Mexican history, universal symbols and Danish poetry are blended into one performance. Pieces of text from The Shadow are read aloud in Spanish.
Performed in a museum space with one balcony. Audience is placed on the balcony looking down on the performance. The floor is the stage. Nine local men and women of old age participate with simple daily actions in a rhythmic and stylized performance in a scenographic landscape. One long table covered with soil, two metal towers with light text, three containers with fire, water, and sulphor, eight silver balls and 13 objects with belonging shadow pictures are part of the performance.
